Just phoned up to fined out about a coil pack for my car. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and obviously doesn't understand what the meaning of securing a customers respect. His manners is appaling, I'm sure he over charged me for oil I bought yesterday and I wouldn't put it past him. He Sounds dodgey disrespectful and I'm disgusted.
