We had Jensen Martinez the tech come to our house. We set up a time slot and he was perfectly on time unlike some other companies where they show up late or never at all. He was clean cut, professional, knowledgeable, very detailed with telling us with what he was doing. He told us information about our systems and as new homeowners we had no idea. I have used Superior Water and Air for our HVAC needs for years now. Their service has always been prompt with up front pricing. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable, reasonable, and honest. I don’t need them often, but when I do there is no other company I would call first. David today was especially helpful, honest, and pleasant to work with. Bonus points that he and my dogs liked each other!!
They were great for service on my heater and air conditioning.

Martin was very informative and took great pride and care into making sure we were taken care of. We appreciate his honesty and his willingness to make sure we had the best service! We appreciated him calling us ahead of time to let us know when he would be at our home and he wasn't rushed when we asked questions and kept him a little longer. Thank you for always great service.
