we had Brandon and Tyson put in a new heater for us. they were both very professional and got our new heater in in a timely manner. they also added a smokestack so now we don't have to get up on the roof every winter to clear the snow. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new heater. they also cleaned up all messes that were made.
Trent did a great job removing two water softeners and installing new ones. He was professional and respectful. He arrived on time. He brought our equipment up to code. He kept the house neat and explained everything well before he left.
Our water softener failed and released resin into our plumbing system. We were unable to use any water. We were overwhelmed with not knowing what to do and how to fix all the problems. We called Superior Water and Air. The plumber, Mark came to our house on a Saturday morning. He replaced our water softener. Josh was super friendly and helpful. Feedback - my thermostat was set at 63, as that is my comfort. If you need to turn up a thermostat for testing, turn it back to the customer's set temperature preference.
superior is far superior to any other company. Levi Hatch is their best technician. Very thorough , Levi always explains things in a courteous professional manner. I always feel safe when they come to my home. when necessary more than one tech comes with Levi to get the job done. We really appreciate his kindness, work ethic, and professionalism.
