Nothing worse than having your furnace die on one of the coldest days of the year. I contacted Lance at Superior late at night and he was out the next day, found the problem and explained a temp fix until he could get the parts needed. He was back the next day with the needed part and even discovered it was under warranty (without being asked). Saved the day. Thanks so much.
