We had Superior install a tankless water heater and water softener system including a reverse osmosis system. Khaing and John were friendly, upbeat, professional, polite and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job. We are very happy with our new system and how everyone at Superior has treated us including our sales rep and everyone we talked to on the phone. Called afternoon for a service with no hot water and came out within couple hours and had hot water running.
They were very friendly and helped solve my issue with my hot water. Levi was very nice and wore shoe covers when he came in. He looks a little bit like Nick Miller from the tv show New Girl. He called an hour before he showed up which was nice to give me a heads up and he worked quickly. Good service.
