Called superior septic service after I found out my sewer was backing up in the house. Gilbert answered the phone and immediately fit me on their schedule for the day after hearing my issue. Michael showed up and was very responsive and informative. They located my tanks and checked my equipment and had my house sewer back in working condition. Can't thank them enough, hard to find a company who looks out for the residential community at affordable pricing.
Great service, on time and everything was completed as expected without any hassle for replacement and upgrading an old septic tank. Definitely would recommend.

First time calling this place after seeing all the reviews here on Google. They were very quick, came out on the same day without me even asking and brought their mini excavator to help dig. Apparently they had the layout of the tanks from the previous owner of my house and was able to tell me about my system and let me know what needs to be pumped and what needed to be added.
