I personally came out as the lawn needed cut asap for a party, I found the yard had not been maintained in weeks with areas up to my knee! Trees, bushes and weeds out of control, 45 minutes cutting the lawn with a 10k mower, left with beautiful stripes, completely trimmed and edged, customer called complaining about spots missed, immediately returned to find a small 1 foot area where the grade had dropped and grass was slightly taller than flat areas, re-cut the entire yard for free!
