Juan was amazing! I genuinely appreciated him getting to know me as a person and actually taking the time to talk before being a salesman. He was polite and laid back. I will stay in the Chevy family from this day forward simply because of him!

I had a great experience with Superior Chevy! Juan Santiago was my salesman and he was stellar! I really enjoyed getting to just speak with him and make a new friend. Very friendly and attention to detail! He wasn’t pushy but very helpful! I knew what I wanted when I arrived though, ;) and he worked with me there and outside of the store. Jesse really took care of me. I didn’t have to wait for him to greet me. He was at my car as soon as I was on the lot. Jesse got me the best deal on a better version of my dream car! Every thing was smooth and easy. Customer service was amazing!

The salesperson I spoke to was very rude. Hope did run numbers for me, but Hope told me she would call me back to discuss numbers further but did NOT call back and did NOT answer when I tried to call her. Very dissatisfied.
Yeah you spend 55k on used vehicle with 9,600 miles on it and you only get one key. That is bad for business. I will Not be doing any business with yall again and hopefully others will get better service than I did. Also left voice mail for Justin in finance and let him know I was coming to get spare key today and no text or call back so I figured we was on same page but I was wrong. So if ur looking to buy a vehicle make sure you get spare key up front.
