Amazing service!!
Great customer service, technician was on time.
The technician was great! He diagnosed the problem straight away and luckily had the part in his work vehicle so he was able to replace it right then and there. He also ensured that it was working properly before leaving and left everything spotless.
I was sure i was going to have to buy a new washer, but the repair person was able to empty the water, unlock the door, and then he had to order and replace the sensor. He really had to work hard on it. Within a couple of days, I was able to use my washer again. I am quite impressed.
