Just moved home and decided to keep existing carpets. Superb cleaning, they were always in communication with us right up to the moment they arrived. They checked the area, told us how long (spot on), steam cleaned the carpets. They opened our windows and gave us over shoes and left. Very efficient, polite, tidy and professional. Thank you, will definitely use them again.

Without going into too many details I had to call about a stain that could not be removed. The website is superb and straightforward. The gentleman was wonderful on the phone straight as an arrow honest to the t and told me what I did not want to hear but I pretty much knew was the case. Absolutely buzzing after getting all of my furniture and carpets done. They have been brought back to life and I couldn’t be happier. I had a lovely guy called Ross that completed the works. He was on time, incredibly hard working and professional and worked in this extreme heat. Thank you so much and I will definitely be using you again.
