I booked Lindsey for a 1 hour lesson to increase my confidence and technique of front crawl ahead of my training for a triathlon. The way Lindsey broke the technique down for me and built it back up was amazing! From having a one hour lesson I was able to understand the correct stroke and breathing combination to swim effectively and have gone from a slow lane breast stroker to comfortably swimming front crawl with correct technique for 60 minutes.
