2005 Electra Glide Classic. These shocks perform so far beyond expectation, Last weekend I hit (50 mph) a badly repaired section on hwy 101 that nearly bottomed the progressive sprung front forks and never bounced me off the seat.The ride seems impossible, soft and plush to the bumps, but handles like a performance shock in the turns. Just picked up a 2001 Low Rider, it will get Super Shox too. Don’t hesitate, buy the shocks and be happy!
finally had a chance to put some miles on the shox. i am really happy with them. they react very well to the small frost heave/undulations on the street. i like the way it handles and the stability as i go through a clover leaf. the shox came pretty much set right for me. Have put approximately 400 miles on the super shox i installed on my 2017 Road Glide Special. Ride is so much better. The shock came preset near perfect. After backing off tension I found the sweet spot about a quarter turn tighter that how it was received. The huge surprise was the incredible difference the shocks make in handling. Stability in sweeping and tight curves is fantastic. I don't spend this kind of money on nice but not necessary items. Just wow! 2022 Road Glide only have 1250 miles and decided stocks shocks sucked. Put these on, went 5 miles and holy cow! Night and day! I shouldn't have waited even the 1200 miles!
I would like to say these shocks were money well spent took them out for a 20 mile ride and made a little adjustment is super easy compared to shocks on my other bike then that weekend put around 300 miles on them our roads aren't great in Eastern Mt and I would say it made a huge difference not cringing before bumps I can actually smile and enjoy it don't get me wrong you still feel some of the bumps but it is what it is I wish I would have spent Lil more and got the adjuster for fine tuning while riding but I wa... read more
When I received my new shocks I was very pleased with the fit and finish, very high quality. Then I put 700 miles on my Ultra, single & two up. This is how my bike should ride & handle.Thank you Brian. If you buy these shocks you will be satisfied!!!
I installed my Super Shox Platinum Series LT on my 2012 streetglide in under a half hour. I went for a spin looking for bumps and holes. Wow! What a difference! Thank you Brian! I can’t wait to head for the coast!
Brian was great helping me decide what shock too buy. He was correct, the ride is amazing, my wife finally enjoys the ride no more tensing up when we see a bump coming. I've also noticed a difference taking off from a stop and making a turn, just feels better. We are now looking forward to our cross country ride.
Wow what a difference in ride quality these shocks make on 2022 Tri-Glide. I’ve run Legends & Ohlin's on prior baggers and have NEVER notice this much an improvement.
