I can not say enough nice things about Julissa. My daughter was nervous after a visit to a previous location and Julissa was kind, patient, and wonderful with her. She also was very informative and helped me have a plan going forward. We live an hour from this location and I would absolutely make that drive for future needs to come get treated by her again.
Julissa was terrific. She was patient and took the time to explain everything.
This company set up a clinic at my daughter’s school. At least half the kids sent home did not have lice when examined by a second opinion. The provider refused to show me proof when asked. They finally did show me something which ended up being dandruff or cradle crap. If I could, I would give zero starts.
The people who work there are great. I wouldn't have been able to get rid of it due to the amount of hair my children have. What I don't appreciate is the follow up or the subscription program. I switched banks and the payment didn't go through. I called the main office to update the debit card and someone was supposed to call me back because the person I spoke with couldn't update it. They didn't so I eventually called the location. It was less than a week since they attempted to charge me. They didn't even send me an email... read more
