Neil and Ken were friendly punctual and tidy. They have done a great job. I am happy with the work so far and they get recommended on Thornton-Cleveleys chat often!
Neil installed artificial grass to my front and rear lawn in 2016. Early 2017 I reported to him that the jointing had failed on both lawns and the ground had sunk in several areas. He accepted and promised to rectify the defects. Repairs the front lawn (less significant) were made, but the promised repairs to the rear lawn have not been carried out. I have now resorted to making a claim via the County Court as he does not respond to voice mail, email or letters.
