Lost my wife's order, refused to refund. can't even apologize for the situation jus that they are right and customer is wrong. Bad business.

Im sorry you feel this way Jason however we tried our very best go over and beyond for your wife but she would not send us photos of her hair so we could make her custom color perfect for her. We did apologize that it wasn't the exact color the first time however custom coloring is very difficult when not in person. I recently met Lauren during her tour in Houston and was so excited to finally get to try on her hair pieces. I have been wearing clip in hair extensions forever but could never find a piece that would add volume and look 100% natural. Well look no further!!! I absolutely love it! I recently went to a party and my girlfriends couldn't believe it was a hair piece. I also bought the length extension and it is super fun to wear when your going out or want a thicker braid. Highly recommend!

Just had the most wonderful experience with the Lauren Ashtyn team in Dallas Texas. I saw 5 women before me get the most beautiful full volume extensions and one got the crown extensions to compliment her topper and long hair. If you have an opportunity to see them in person you will get the most talented and genuinely “southern” sweet team ever!
