Cautionary tale. I purchased a full topper just over a year ago and loved it. I recently purchased a new topper and the quality was not even close to the quality of the original topper. I called and was told to send it back as there was a quality control issue. No problem, I understand things like this happen. The topper that was sent as a replacement was better than the one I sent back but still not on par with my original topper. I bought by first full topper in the color Audrey 6/29/16 and was THRILLED with the quality (wearing it in my profile picture). So much so that January 30th 2017 I bought an identical full topper in Audrey. I received my order at the end of February and I knew right away that the topper was not the same.
