Purchased a $1,000 topper at the Dallas show in January that was to be custom colored. When the piece finally came in the mail 3 weeks late, it was so far off from my color I was shocked. Come to find out after it was sent to wrong address and didn’t match they actually LOST my whole order. Had zero idea of the colors that were selected when I was there in person.
