I ordered my hair topper in November and it finally came. It was a long wait but after it was cut and I styled it, I have to say I loved it. But what I also loved was Brandon in customer service. He answered all my questions, kept me calm through the waiting process, was super knowledgeable and was there whenever I called. And believe me, I called!! I received my hair this weekend and absolutely love it. The color matched perfect. Looks very nice 👍. I’m so glad I bought it. I got the Light Volume in Katniss. Because color.
Based on my personal experience I would recommend only if you can purchase in person. My in person purchase was really nice. My online purchase was very disappointing. The piece I received from the online order wasn’t nearly the quality of the piece I purchased in person. There were places the hair felt and looked “fried” according to my stylist. I would highly recommend The Lauren Ashtyn Collection. Her pieces are the best hair topper and extension pieces on the market. The pieces are beautiful and also help to extend the amount of time in between coloring your own hair.

I had the best experience yesterday with Kyra, Tina & Ashleigh at your event in San Francisco. After seeing your products online, we drove from a few hours away to try them.
