Chris was very helpful. Got the LVT we wanted with the best price. The whole process was smooth with great and precise communications with clear time frames.
what started as a good experience unfortunately turned bad. ordered tiles but was given (and paid for)more than asked for but didn't realise until I got home. They have today point blank refused to take back the extra I didn't order and basically saying I'm wrong despite a wattsapp message from them asking how many I wanted and the reply stating the correct amount. shame really as the tiles are really nice and I'm planning on retiling the bathroom but won't be buying fron these guys.
