I’m so grateful for my successful PGT‑A journey at Sunway Fertility Centre. Special thanks to my doctor Dr Hu for her professionalism, gentle and lively personality. The staff are responsible. Staying in the hotel above the hospital made stimulation visits very convenient. Sunway City has great food, shopping and transport for overseas patients. Wish everyone good luck on their fertility journey.
Doing our first ivf here however lot of improvement need to be done here. We came here because assuming big name like sunway will gave good accommodations. Firstly, we noticed there is lack of communication between doc clinic & fertility center itself. Some of miscommunication involved medication & instructions given to us. Secondly, we are not satisfied with the service from embryologists here. No report or any black n white given to us after egg retrieval procedure.
