I recently purchased a replacement spit skewer from SunshineBBQs. The item was promptly dispatched for delivery via Evri who then lost said package. Upon contacting SunshineBBQs to explain that Evri had lost the parcel I was informed that they would investigate the matter and respond accordingly. A couple of days later I had an email from DHL informing me that a replacement item had been picked up and would be with me by the following weekend.
