I was shocked by the rudeness of a certain aged receptionist individual. She’s obnoxious, grumpy face, just awful. I never came across someone like that in a reception desk in public service. I kept my cool but I wish I could slap her disgusting ugly face. What a bad look for South London children’s services - I wonder how she got that job in first place.
As a parent I feel that I am failing my child because I have been trying to get help my child for over 10 years and am still being sent in circles. We had an an appointment over 5 months ago and have not had a report despite requesting it on several occasions. Children are being failed.
