We were put through to this company through Help to Buy as we were having terrible condensation and damp coming from the back windows in our house and our front door was in poor shape. We had Liam come to the house. He was here for about an hour and a half but that was because he was so thorough and talked us through everything and was really professional and funny, he put us at ease as first time buyers doing any sort of home improvement. My daughter has just bought her first house and arranged for new window quotes. Paul attended the house to give a quote and stayed for 2 hours. Told my daughter it would be £8000 for 5 windows and a door. He then said if you don't sign today, the price would be over £11,000. She said she was shopping around and would get back to him. He knew she asked me for advice and said "your mother doesn't have your best interest at heart" he was very damming towards my advise and said she would regret it!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!
I have never had a sales person so long in my house. I agreed to a quote, not an evening of dramatics. Sales person was on and off the phone to apparently the ‘office ‘ the whole night. I mentioned I was uncomfortable but sales person remained. Only left after 1.5 hours, hard sell. Prices extortionate. Never again.
Felt pressured into purchasing through help to buy as they want you to book to get dicount... Plus I found they are to pricey 4000 for a front door which is ridiculous.
Had 3 windows and door fitted yesterday by Ashley and James 👍 from the moment they turned up they were a pleasure to have at my home very polite and friendly.. I would definitely recommend these guys for your windows they done an amazing job and even cleaned up afterwards. 5 stars for them both ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
