Very dated. Room had a very bad smell and the bathroom was not cleaned properly with hairs on the toilet and in the bath. Lift was broken and corridors and stairwells look like they have not been updated or cleaned for some years. We only stayed one out of the two nights as we felt the description and photos were a complete misrepresentation of the product being offered. This property looks nothing like the photos. I have just arrived at the Sunset Marquis ,simply amazing,the bellstaff,front desk personel,could not have been more helpful and nicer,my suite is spacious,clean and we'll appointed. I am.excited to check out the amenities but so far a perfect 10

My favorite hotel in LA. Incredibly stylish and charming with a cheeky rock'n'roll vibe. Loaded with cool and good times....its legendary status, privacy and awesome staff definitely make it an iconic place...and for me, a second home.

A little gem hidden in the heart of Hollywood. The staff is incredible hospitable, rooms are comfortable, intimate and quiet. An awesome find!
Just unbelievable. Their service is incredible and they go to the limit to treat you as a valued guest. All the rumours are true... it is a life changer. We want to live here haha
A beautiful place from every angle. Very peaceful, great ambience. A mix of style blended with nature. Great lighting, nooks & crannies.
Love it best place to stay in west Hollywood couldn't be better. Recommend it every time...nothing compares to it ever. Looking forward to the surrounding construction to finish . Staff are so helpful and kind. Wish we lived nearer But always a joy when we come
