Tropical oasis in the heart of Sunset strip with the occasional celebrity sighting...great staff, restaurant and bar...can't wait to return!
One of the best place on sunset. Very peaceful with the city life at the door.
I would love to meet the 7 delicate people who rated it a 1. It could be on fire, earthquake rubble, mud slide, "under construction" ahh hem ...... and this place would still be a 4.9 of 5. I have been staying since 1987 and will be for the rest of my life. In fact I may have my ashes spread around the grounds!!! Don't want to feel left out!!!! lol We joke a lot but seriously if you have never stayed here, it is the BEST OF THE BEST!!!!
Wifi charge was crazy... signal already sucks for most cell services so why charge for wifi? Other than that beautiful and very relaxing place to stay.
This place was exquisite. Not only did it make you feel as if you were in the tropics, but it also had wonderful staff, beautiful villas, peaceful pools, and Cavatina's food melted in your mouth! They truly made our stay in Los Angeles one to remember!
I have never written a review but this awesome hotel deserves a great one!! An absolute gem!! We have stayed at many hotels around the world and this is at the top of our list. It is a little hidden oasis in the heart of the city. The villas are fantastic and you feel like you're in a treehouse on the upper level. Probably the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at. This place is truly a best kept secret. The hotel is extremely nice but would makes this place is the staff. Thank every one here for making our stay so pleasant.

Fantastic place to stay!! You stay here for the history of rock and roll, the location of West Hollywood, bar 1200, and hey what the hell you might run into a star. The staff is great and make sure to meet Logan - he can give low down on the what the Sunset Marquis really means.
