Having left a glowing review in February 2024 after my installation went without problems I have no choice but to retract. 14 months after the installation the system developed a fault whereby the breaker was tripping twice within 10 days, completely stopping my export to the grid. We had our installation of our Solar Panel and Battery system by Sunsave a day ago. What can we say from initial enquiry to our proposal meeting to our install the whole experience was fantastic. Both Natalie and Sophie were on hand throughout if we had any questions and is available on the phone or via email. The whole team are so approachable and do not try to upsell or pressure you in anyway.
