I went to visit Teresa yesterday, in the lovely venue of Callendar House, and left feeling relaxed and optimistic, armed with my homework for next time 😄. Teresa was warm, welcoming and full of great advice on how to manage my health challenges. The reiki session was very relaxing and I’m looking forward to visiting again for further treatments- thank you Theresa!

Teresa maintains a comfortable and calm environment, perfect for learning. She was very friendly and open to any questions that we may have in relation to Reiki I. The class was paced just right to allow interaction between the small group, and this did not feel rushed. The information pack provided was very helpful and we were able to take notes which was of benefit on a personal level. I've been to two of Teresa's classes, and her "Spring Forward"one day event. I enjoyed them all immensely. Teresa is a wonderfully warm and friendly teacher with a beautifully grounded energy. I intend to book more classes and go for some one to one sessions.

I’d never been to a Reiki session before and had a healthy scepticism about it, I went for help with sleeping issues and Teresa gave me some great tips to help with this before the Reiki itself and I can only say that by the end of it I felt more relaxed than I have been anytime in the last couple of years.
