Such an amazing experience! I would definitely do it again in a heart beat. However due to weather conditions we had a pretty bad landing and a few of us got hurt. If you have ANY kind of injury do not risk it!! But other than that it was a blast and id recommend it to anyone!

Worst company ever. Been trying to book our balloon ride for two months and no luck
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! !! they have stole my money and refuse to give me a refund. We waited over an hour at the pick up location with other couples. No phone call or email of cancellation. Its been now over three months, ive called every other day for a refund and still no response. What horrible business ethics. So sad what a waste of money!
Beware! They don't respond to phone calls or e-mails in a timely manner. My flight lasted 15 min. then crash landed through trees and dumped us on the side of a hill. I broke my clavicle. They showed no concern as waiver was signed. I want a refund!
We had an amazing time today! Husband took me today for my Birthday and it was awesome! He didn't have any issues with booking the trip and when we talked to the Pilot today...he explained to us about the weather conditions that make for an easier landing, safer trip. We had great weather conditions today and the photos were beautiful! Such an amazing experience! Thank you!!! Will do it again! :)

They tack on secret charges if you weigh more than 225 lbs. Don't try calling them for a refund. They'll never answer or return your calls. What started as a delightful Christmas present has turned into hours of being on hold with them and Groupon. I highly recommend avoiding Sunrise Balloons at all cost!
