I'm really sad. ..I wanted to take my husband for a hot air balloon ride and this company had a Groupon incentive. I haven't heard anyone being able to actually receive their ride if using Groupon. I actually talked to someone who was canceled by sunrise balloons, and then they refused to issue a refund. I really hope this company gets it together. I'm just sad that a company would take advantage of my friend :(
Good time
My boyfriend, well now fiancé took me here for our 7 year anniversary. Had an amazing time, everyone was great. Employees were so wonderful. He proposed to after the ride. It was just perfect. Great time!

its been nearly 3 months and the 8/24/2014 are still not posted, there was a clear promise that the pictures could take as long as a month. Update your site on a consistent basis. This is really poor follow through

horrible experience, not responsible for cancelled flight, no massage left on my cell phone, no return call, from Pasadena to Temecula, round trip 4 hours, ruined our 24th wedding anniversary.
Love this place! The staff is awesome! Definitely worth it!
