I went today for my anniversary and it was such a nice experience. Very nice people and I loved that they had a photographer to capture all the great memories.
We liked the ride but felt like we could've went higher up, also we are still waiting for the pictures to be put up nearly a month ago. Seems like they put pictures up everyday but still not from the day we went.
I got this as a groupon for my birthday & did have to reschedule due to weather. It was fantastic & they were fantastic. Our pilot was very knowledgable & gave us a great ride!!!
I would have thought it was great but we got cancelled on for a whole year finally went on the ride and now a year later still have not received the photos!
It was a beautiful experience only complaint was that the balloon was a bit crowded other than that smooth ride, great view, friendly staff
The balloon ride was wonderful... My issue is with the photos. I purchased a $40 DVD of photos and was so excited to have documentation of our awesome experience. The DVD came in the mail, however, I was sent someone else's photos. I called the company, explained the situation, and was informed that I would be provided with a corrected DVD. I never received my photos. I placed two additional phone calls that were never returned. I am very sorry, for some reason, i did no see this alerts, my apologies. The photo bank that i have is only after march 2015. Please call our office and speak to an agent and they should be able to help you. Extremely sorry for the delay.

the ride was smooth and fun and our pilot Chris was very entertaining. However, the ride was way too short for the cost. I would do this again, but hope that the ride time could be at least an hour or more.
Can't get anyone to return a call or message! I have tried the phone multiple times, facebook and no such luck. They are happy to take your money for a certificate, but not willing to actually schedule the flight. This company should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.
