Hi there, first of all: I had a groupon and after reading some 1stars I thought...ohoh hopefully everything will work. I had my flight today and I have to say the experience was great from the first to the last second. Direct after arrival they offered coffee, mimosa and even cake for free. Then shuttle (party) bus to the ballons. You could walk into ballons which was perfect to take pictures. Right on time when sun rised the ballon set from the ground. Inside really enough space.
