Had a scheduled balloon ride for today. We received our confirmation/reminder email yesterday. We were worried because of the rain but in the email it said they would call us with weather concerns or cancellations. We never received a call. We showed up at 5:45am for our 6am reservation. Waited till 6:45 after calling this company twice and leaving messages. As of 10:15pm still have received no phone call back. Poor, poor business practice. Any luck on pictures from August 24 2014 ???? It's sad that we were promised pictures and no follow up at all!!!! This was my first time and would have loved to see the pictures. No way of showing off my memories because somehow you lost the pictures! Never again doing this with such a careless company
These people were fantastic!!!! Super organized,friendly, professional. Beautiful, smooth ride. If we ever do this again, I would definitely use them!!!!!Highly recommended!!!
Enjoyed our time on the Hot Air Balloon! The pilot was very much in control and we felt safe the entire time. Before you ride coffee and pastries are provided. The scene was absolutely worth it and I was surprised that is was such a peaceful and quiet experience.

Why isn't their a negative star option?? Completely unprofessional company. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!!! Theyntake your money but never return your phone calls !
Very, very sad with this company. They can't even respond to me regarding an amount they owe me...as of now I've lost out money with them. Good thing Groupon stands behind there company.
