The receptionist that helped me was AMAZING and so kind. Helped me find a new appointment when I made a mistake. Doctor Justin Juan is the best. Amazing bedside manner and gives you his time. Highly recommend

I never feel confident going here thinking what all they might bill to the insurance! I went for preventative checkup, which is free! But they end up billing it as two visits (preventive and office visit)!! Literally even if you say, I feel little tired these days, they might bill it as additional visit, (but they won’t do anything specific or additional)!! They will make you sign this form and then they are free to interpretation for additional billing. I’ve not seen other provides doing this, definitely not in NJ, not sure... read more

I did an unltrasound at this place. The technician completely shut my mouth during the exam and always claims let her do the work. I am not even sure whether she got the small lump scanned because the report says everything looks normal. However, the technician does say the lump is palpable. I received the bill and I feel like it is a complete waste of money. Medical service in this country is quite insane.

A simply rotten organization. Switched to One Medical but got referred to Sutter for something and, in my stupidity, made the appointment. Out of the gate, they slapped me with a HUUUGE out-of-pocket fee for a very short in-network appointment. They then cancelled my follow-up appointment a few hours before it, without so much as a sorry. Why can’t we do that to them? Go ANYWHERE else, you’ll be amazed at the difference.
