I have been going to Dr. Gupta for 4 years. I really like her. She is direct and knowledgeable. She helped me find the proper medication that I needed and gave me important nutritional advice. She asks important questions, I have been in other mental health offices where they just sit and look at you for an hour. Dr. Gupta is about finding a solution and making the most of your time.
I have had a great experience with Dr Gupta .I read somewhere .There are three common scenarios in which patients can cause a doctor to run behind schedule.Some patients just show up late. One-third of patients arrive for their appointments at least 10 -20 minutes after their scheduled time.Doctor’s staff reschedules many of them in order to avoid delaying everyone else. I found Dr Gupta to be extremely rude and very unhelpful would keep searching before visiting this office should be a last resort if that.
Horrible experience. Went with my husband for help. Paid $150 for a name of a website to go to for help and when my husband got upset saying she wasn't listening to what we were saying, we were told to leave and never come back
I have been accompanying my wife to Dr Gupta for several years and Dr Gupta is an excellent physician. She has demonstrated empathy and patience with us as we have progressed during this time. She does pay attention to all medicines being taken and she is helpful and listens to our input. Her staff is OK, they are as helpful as we ask them to be. I do wish they had a policy to remind patients of their appointments. That would help since our appointments are not frequent.

Dr. Gupta is empathetic, kind, very knowledgable, and willing to listen and analyze the issue before whipping out a prescription pad. She seems to truly care how my meds are working for me and if I am experiencing any negative side effects or breakthrough symptoms. This has not been true of doctors I have seen in the past. The front office staff is not spectacular, but they are ok. And for me, it's the medical care I receive that matters the most.
This sis the worst psychiatrist I have ever been to see..She and her staff are VERY rude, I would highly recommend checking around a little more for a more responsive team before flushing your hard earned time & money on this joke of a Dr! Trust me, she's not worth your time!
