She has shown me effective treatment in dealing with the issues I brought to her office. She helped me get on the right medication and addressed the pros and cons of them. Very efficient and helpful treatments.

Due to a disagreement of a $50 bill owed less than a month, Dr Gupta office would not make an apt for me. This doctor does not care about your mental well being. I went to my endocrinologist who could clearly see I was having an emotional breakdown. Dr Gupta, you should be ashamed of yourself and stop calling yourself a doctor. Patient care should be number 1, its not like i owed you thousands of dollars I am allowed to disagree on my bill when I know its not correct.

My experience with Dr Gupta was great ! I was a little apprehensive about being on medication but she assured me that she would be willing to work with me until I had a successful experience with it. She's a great listener and funny and really makes you feel comfortable being in her care. Dr. Gupta is awesome. She listens to my concerns about medications and evaluates and reevaluates correct dosages and combinations so that I can be normal and functional. She always asks how things are going and is very friendly and easy to talk to. Office have plenty of magazines and is clean . The location is very nice and the receptionists are wonderful.

Highly recommended Doctor. I went to her on a recommendation from another therapist DR Julie Thomley and my primary care doc Tanya Pandya and couldn't be happier that I chose her . She really knows her stuff and is recognized as one of the best psychiatrist in the area Doesn't accept my insurance...but worth it! Office has policies that are non patient centric including fees for late appointment and for non payment of fees. There were many other policies that are imposed on the patient / customer. As the customer - I took my business to another clinic.

We are sorry you had a bad experience .Noshow policy is in the new patient paperwork and appointments which are not cancelled in 24 hrs are subjected to No show fees .First Noshow is usually waived .But if Noshows continue to happen then Noshow is charged before appointments are made .We are glad that you were able to find another provider and wish you well .
This doctor is very caring and emphatic towards patients. The staff is very punctual and is helpful in finding out information.
I totally dislike this doctor never listens to me last time i seen her she literally got up as if she wanted me to leave cus i was asking to many questions about my health!!!! Then last week i was dying literally from a fever and called if she could tske me in and guess what??? She never returned my call i had to go to a walk on clinic for help on the next day!!!!! Terriblee im definetely switching to a real doctor!!!!!!!
