Always has been very helpfull and worked to get the right meds for me. I have been a patient for 8 years and 2 different offices. I drive nearly an hour one way to go to my appointment.
The WORST, unprofessional, staff I ever encountered. I was made to wait for 3 hours, 2 hours and again for 1.5 hours for the last 3 visits. Afterbeing overcharge charged 156.00 for 3 visits, my ded. is 25$. Sammy, a very unprofessional, unorganized, disrespectful person on staff DEMANDED I pay or I would NOT see the DR. This is for medication management and very scary the Dr gives this type of power to the front staff who are to answer phones and check you in. We've been seeing her for over a year - She is a diamond! 5 stars is not enough! Not only is she qualified, she's caring, compationate, resourceful, and intelligent . She's not the Dr who immediately pulls out her Rx pad, she also wants you to see therapist to get therapy as a means to get to the route of the problem .
Great psychiatrist .Has treated my son,daughter and mom too.She has made big positive difference in my sons life.God bless her
She is very short with you. Felt like it was a revolving door office. I saw her 4 times hoping that she would help me and I will not see her again.
I am too very picky with doctors, and I LOVE her. . Made an appointment with her after I read the reviews. It is so hard to find a doctor these days that actually knows their books . I have seen her for 5 years .She knows me more than my own mom .She tells me things as they are .My previous psychiatrist was in a car wreck and was not able to see his patients.She provided care to all his patients when she found about his accident from me .Dr Gupta is a hard to find doctor .She needs to be cloned.
Excellent doctor .Has treated my mom,daughter ,son and me since 2003.I feel she has helped my family a lot .We didnot have insurance for 6 months but she still provided scripts without charging us.
I have seen Dr. Gupta for over a year. She was great until I called to make an appointment and was told I was sent a "termination letter" in the mail. I asked for Dr. Gupta to call me back. She was very very rude and said that she was canceling all prescriptions, and I could not see her anymore. Gave NO reason why. I asked for a referral, and she told me to call my insurance company. All they would give me is a list. All she cares about is money. I think I was dropped because my insurance was not paying out that much to her.... read more
