Dr. Gupta is empathetic, kind, very knowledgable, and willing to listen and analyze the issue before whipping out a prescription pad. She seems to truly care how my meds are working for me and if I am experiencing any negative side effects or breakthrough symptoms. This has not been true of doctors I have seen in the past. The front office staff is not spectacular, but they are ok. And for me, it's the medical care I receive that matters the most.
This sis the worst psychiatrist I have ever been to see..She and her staff are VERY rude, I would highly recommend checking around a little more for a more responsive team before flushing your hard earned time & money on this joke of a Dr! Trust me, she's not worth your time!
Dr. Gupta is knowledgeable, compassionate and just a very kind person. She is an amazing doctor. Her diagnosis was spot on, treatment successful and she made me feel like life can get back to normal again
Dr. Gupta was so grumpy... she was obnoxious and didn't listen to what I was saying. she made me feel uncomfortable and gave me attitude, i will never visit again, thanks but no thanks
Dr Gupta is amazing. I've been a patient of hers since 2006 and she has helped me work through several mental health issues. She is not one to over prescribe nor be overly cautious in her diagnosis. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Sunita Gupta. While I feel her office staff needs some training in customer Service and being more patient friendly, Dr. Gupta makes up for any negative experiences in the front office.
She is best in her profession in the area. Many people seem to mistake hers professionalism as being too serious. As for any meds that this doctor prescribes, she has been extremely careful & knowledgable. My sister has been seeing her for about 3 years, and she has made an amazingind difference As for the office staff, once you become an established patient, you can get an appointment pretty quickly. She is worth the wait.
I like Dr. Gupta. She has always made me feel welcome and makes it a point to ask how I have been. She listens and gives feedback. As for her staff. I cannot believe one of the girls is still employed. She is rude, short and acts like taking care of a patient, especially over the phone, is wasting her time. This is her JOB. Why she gets PAID. I would be embarrassed to have her work for me, as the face of my business.
The staff and the Dr. are so rude. The Dr. needs help herself. My experience visited her twice. She made me wait almost 2 hours. The next appointment I was late 5 minutes, she refuse to see me and the staff told me she has left and she was hiding in the office. I would never recommend this Dr. to anyone.
Starting medication for a psychiatrist condition is always hard with many side effects but she Never returns calls which is the first rule for any doctor here. hardly spends time explaining the medication she is putting you into or even tries to understand your symptoms. Please do not trust this doctor or go to her office. It will just cause more frustration than do good.
