If you are looking for a proper sports massage, then Liz is your lady! She has been relieving my aches and pains (caused by running) for a few years now, and I wouldn't go to anyone else! Liz can always help my body recover from exertion, and get rid of knots and tension. Of course, if you want a relaxing massage, she can accommodate, but when it comes to a decent deep massage, Liz is your lady!
Such a great massage, just what I needed and I feel amazing now. Will definitely have to try and make it a regular one. Thank you so much 🥰
