Outstanding service. He called first thing in the morning after receiving my request. Fixed within an hour. Very professional and easy to talk to. I can see why they have the highest rating on this site.
John was top notch! He arrived on time, actually a few minutes early. Diagnosed the problem after troubleshooting my irrigation system. Provided with me several repair options on the scope of work needed and completed the work at the price that he quoted. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the response, the quality of work, John's professionalism, and I will absolutely be recommending Sundowner Landscape & Irrigation to all of my neighbors and friends.
We contacted the company the day after Thanksgiving and I was surprised they called us on a holiday weekend and scheduled the visit to take care of our watering problem for that Monday. Service was prompt and affordable and we have had no further problem with our system.
