replaced part of 2 valves for sprinkler -problem continued came back immediately and replaced another part of the valve at no charge -- valves working fine
The company did not respond till you chased them. He charged a $55 estimate on top of the $20 repair. He was finished in 30 minutes. Was an estimate cost not enough?

The $55 charge was for a service call which was stated to the customer prior to seeing the job. The $20 covered the repair. This is our standard operating procedure.
