Outstanding! I called Sundowner and spoke directly with John; he said he would make time to swing by and view my yard the very next day. He called to say he was on the way, and showed up right on time. John evaluated my lawn and drip system needs, gave me options on partial or full repairs, and very reasonable quotes. The technician accidentally charged us too much and called us that afternoon to let us know and sent us a check for the difference.

Found the source of water leak
We had a leak under a wide expanse of pavers. John quickly saw the problem was a bad valve, and solved it without us having to dig up the pavers -- saving us hundreds of dollars. He was friendly, responsive, professional and knowledgeable. The work was done quickly, and we've had no problem since.
