I had a "system meltdown" on Memorial Day weekend (valve stuck open/broken and leak in a pipe such that my yard was flooding and I had no easy way to turn off the water). John called me within a few minutes of Home Advisor contacting them. He was able to stop by to assess the situation and turn off the water main (to drip system) on Saturday. He was friendly, professional, and explained my options clearly. He returned promptly on Tuesday to do the repair. Pleased with service.
