I stayed in their accommodation for four years during my PhD, and I highly recommend them to students. They offer excellent services, and Victoria, in particular, was always kind and helpful. I never had any issues with my deposit being withheld, so I don't agree with some of the negative comments I've seen. Overall, the staff were good.
