I chose wisely – After reading the comments on this Company and others it all comes down to reading, and understanding your rights uner the Landlord Tenant Act and Fair Housing Standards. The real question is should I rent this home and if so have the leasing agent explain all the lease items we are responsible for after all we have more than likely rented before and know the questions to ask. I have rented from them. I also no several people who use them for property management. If your like us, we needed to find a nice home affordable and a neighborhood our kids could play in. Sundance had the most selection of houses to rent or buy. Yes they have to do a back ground check yes they expect rent on time. Yes you pay a deposit. They also are the best rental agency and the largest in lawton.
