Worst place to rent from in Lawton. While the women who run the front desk are nice, Sundance as a whole is the epitome of greed. After the first couple of months living at our house, we had roaches, spiders, a squirrel, and mice. There were cracks in the walls. When things needed to be fixed, it took maintenance forever to show up, if they showed up at all, and when they did they would hardly fix the problem. No complaints with the leasing process, excellent initial maintenace personnel, considreing continuing to lease from Sundance for another year…
