This is the worst agency I've ever used. When we rented our house it was dirty, the yard hadn't been mowed, and the fridge was covered in something sticky. They also required a $50 application fee from all 3 of my roomates, yet only checked on one person. They also charged us for a plumming issue that we had been dealing with from day one. Finally, we spent a week and half cleaning and they charged us for cleaning, non-existant pet damage on the door, and missing blinds. ok I have not been here that long and so far(hopefully never) had no problems and have not needed to talk to anyone. I did get and house to rent very fast after the paperwork and payments were made happy about that. Thank you

Very friendly staff, easy to work with! Initial Maintence requests handled quickly and efficiently, however when maintenance requests placed after first 6 months of lease, or upon renewing lease

I have rented from them. I also no several people who use them for property management. If your like us, we needed to find a nice home affordable and a neighborhood our kids could play in. Sundance had the most selection of houses to rent or buy. Yes they have to do a back ground check yes they expect rent on time. Yes you pay a deposit. They also are the best rental agency and the largest in lawton. In my year and a half renting from Sundance, I have never had a problem getting things done that needed to be done. I am very pleased with the dealings I have had with them.

Never rent from them – Signed the lease and they said that busted cabinets and missing doors and shelves would be replaced and carpets cleaned before we moved in. We got here only to find out other wise and had my parents come up and do a ton of repairs on the house and the house wasn't touched! We first moved in our front door didn't lock so you could just push it open. The stove leaked gas in the house and we were told it was hazardous called the company only to be told as long as the stove works they do not have to replac... read more
