Very easy – Renting was very easy. I enjoyed my experience with Sundance rentals. I would recommend them to others that are looking to rent.
Very pleased – In my year and a half renting from Sundance, I have never had a problem getting things done that needed to be done. I am very pleased with the dealings I have had with them.
Audrey for maintence is great! very helpful but still cant get anything repaired.
Stay away from Sundance – If you want an ethical, honest, prompt, caring, concerned, property manager then find another company. I have had a stove that went missing. I have funds that have not been refunded for over two months. I have had the keys to my house become unavailable, not found, do not have, etc etc etc. The excuses are unending. The lack of responsibility is amazing. If you have any issue, it is ignored. If anything says "Sundance"- stay away.
