DON'T GO THROUGH SUNDANCE COMPANY – Sundance Rentals blows every other month they try to say they are evicting me and I didn't pay my rent yet I have never been late on the rent so I have to go down there and bring the receipt that I payed ... I have a separate bank account for my rent. I gave them Dec months rent in advance... So they try to cash it early. My bank charges me 25 dollars, so I'm like crap but nothing I can do. ok I have not been here that long and so far(hopefully never) had no problems and have not needed to talk to anyone. I did get and house to rent very fast after the paperwork and payments were made happy about that. Thank you
very friendly and over all a good experience – We needed a place to live in a quick-short timeframe and luckily found a place and got in with no problems. We were a little disappointed it took us about a week to get any water and when our hot water heated it took two weeks to fix. But overall it was a good experience and most of the staff was very friendly.
