Great Commercial Department Being a small business owner I was intimidated walking into a Fleet Sales Department. Best Ford Dealership in Florida! The staff of Sun State Ford has been absolutely fantastic to deal with. I've purchased two cars (one used, one new) there in the past 3 years, with zero pressure from sales staff. The finance team worked to get me a deal I was happy with (I'm a tough customer when it comes to money), which was no small feat. Service is first class EVERY TIME. Horrible Service Service department was not good at all...We got truck used for Sun State with 6,000 miles within 12 hours to have engine light to came on...The truck had a problem and was returned by first owner and instead of service dept (Brady K.) fixing it they just cleared the code...We had to have a new Turbo put in, which I can state that ford did take care of it...We should of returned truck at that time, but we had friends and family working there in the service dept.(Friend/family did not work on truck, but had se... read more
Dealership I have bought 4 vehicles from Sun State in the past 8 years. They have always been honest and upfront with me. Marcos DeSouza in used cars always gives me fair numbers and makes dealing easy. Quite a few employees are multi-lingual and it is always comforting to talk to someone in Español. I have sent many family members to Sun State to buy vans and trucks and each person I have sent always thanks me for the introduction. I am very happy with Sun State Ford and will continue buying cars from them.
Great Customer Service I went with my husband to Sun State Ford to inquire about some accessories for my van. Kevin in Customer Care took the time to explain all our options and helped us get what we wanted for the budget that we had. When we came to pick up our van, Kevin was not there but Solomin, who also works in that department was able to deliver us our van and spent another 25 minutes explaining all the features. First Class Service I have been servicing my car at Sun State Ford ever since I purchased it in 2006. I have had the same service rep, Don Raymond, assisting me each visit. I always receive great customer service and a warm welcome every time I come in. My car is always serviced promptly and usually finished before the time I'm told it will be ready. Sun State treated my referral well Referred a coworker to Sun State Ford this month to look at 3 used trucks. She drove in from 60 miles away and visited the dealership by herself. She remarked how courteous the salesperson and manager were to her and found the truck she likes. I am even more confident to refer more friends to Sun State Ford
Great service dept. Terrible sales I have had my F-150 serviced there and great service. Just bought a new Ranger from them. The sales and finance people are terrible. They negotiated a deal and when it came time to sign the papers it had changed.
