Two sets of keys Bought a new car....notice I say new.. and was not given both keys..somehow they misplaced a set of keys. I was told to come back and have a set made....really?? how can that happen ?needless to say I came a few days later and to get the keys made. It was just unprofessional, a new car has two sets of keys period, how do they get misplaced??

Great Service I have relatives in Germany who are always asking me about parts for their mustangs. It used to take me a lot of time to find the right parts including performance parts for them. I finally found a source that takes care of everything from start to finish- Sun State Ford. I put my relatives in touch with Jay at the Sun State parts department and he has been helping them out ever since. SERVICE I Had my f 150 in for service for vibration in the front end. I was told that the vibration was in the rear brakes and they could be fix by turning the rotors i paid $110 to turn rotors. Well after turning rotors I was told 80% of vibration was in rear and 20% was in the front and if i wanted the other 20% can be fix if i replace the front rotors. Needless to say i had the front rotors turned only 14,000 miles ago. Can some one tell how a brand new truck go throw rotor's so fast.
Awesome customer service My first experience with Sun State Ford was when I was moving to Detroit. Rich in Sun State's Commercial department helped me for a few weeks by ordering my brand new Explorer to the exact specs that I wanted. Not only did he order the unit but he had the vehicle shipped to a Ford dealership near where I was going to live. All of the paperwork was handled in a professional and timely manner. Great Service Department Fast service. Very accurate in finding complex problems and cheaper than "Tropical Ford's" per hour rates. Advisor kept me informed on the status of my car through out the day and was greeted with a smile when I came in to pick up my car that night.
Auto dealer Excellent dealership who seems to really care. The used car manager couldn't do enough for us. We ended up buying 2 used fords, a 2006 F-150 and a 2005 Mustang. Their followup was excellent. We would be happy to buy there again.
Nice Place to do Business- No Hassles I had gone to a few stores before I bought my F-150 Crew from Sun State. Some places asked for all your personal information before you could even look at a car, others were just too pushy. What I really liked about Sun State was that I was able to look at all the trucks without someone hounding me. amazing service best daealership I have a summer home in Orlando and wanted to get a SUV for when my family visited. Ian Riding spent weeks with me on the telephone (long distance) to narrow down what I wanted. He coordinated with the pre-owned manager and found me a Lexus SUV for the price range I was looking for. When I flew down to take delivery, I was extremely surprised that the vehicle was in better condition than the pictures Ian had sent me.
